How it works

1. Contact the coordinating doctor (virtual GP) through the Healthi platform.
2. The doctor assesses your case and, if needed, requests a specialist/lab examination.
3. Healthi automatically books the appointment; you pay the specialist/lab directly.
4. The doctor receives the results, reassesses, and prepares the final conclusion.
5. The diagnosis and therapy are communicated to you and saved in your digital record.
