Practical info
- Response time: an escort is assigned within 1 hour of the request.
- Coverage area: based on your location and local availability.
- Verification: escorts are vetted by Elkemi before joining the platform.
- Cancellation/changes: negotiated directly with the escort, no penalty from Elkemi.
Prices are Elkemi’s subscription fee for coordinating the service. Payment to the escort/assistant themselves remains directly between patient and provider, outside of Elkemi.
