Description

Up to 14 days, up to 4 members – based on the Plus level, structured for families:

• All Travel Plus benefits for each member (up to 4 people)
• 4 online doctor visits (freely shared among members)
• 24/7 triage and consultation for each member individually
• Shared family file – basic medical history for each member, accessible to the coordinator
• Priority coordination for children under 12 and adults over 65
• Medical interpretation included
• Help with insurance documentation for the whole family at once

Additional member (beyond 4): +€12/person, valid for the whole package duration. Day overage: €8/extra day for the whole group.

How it works

1. The tourist scans the QR code at the hotel, apartment, or airport
2. Chooses the package
3. Completes payment online
4. Is connected immediately with the Elkemi operator
5. Triage is carried out
6. If needed, a doctor consultation takes place or on-site service is arranged

Package activation

• The package activates when you scan the QR code and connect with the Elkemi operator — not at the moment of payment.
• After the online purchase, you have 90 days to activate the package; after that period, an unactivated package expires automatically and can no longer be used.
• The package duration starts counting only from the moment of activation, not from purchase.

Cancellation & refunds

• All payments for Elkemi Travel packages are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether the package has been activated, partially used, or expired unactivated.
• Leaving Albania early, before the package duration ends, does not entitle you to a refund for unused days.
• You may request a package change (upgrade) under the conditions described for each package, even after activation.
