Day overage: weekly renewal at a proportional price (¼ of the package price per additional week).
How it works
- The tourist scans the QR code at the hotel, apartment, or airport
- Chooses the package
- Completes payment online
- Is connected immediately with the Elkemi operator
- Triage is carried out
- If needed, a doctor consultation takes place or on-site service is arranged
Package activation
- The package activates when you scan the QR code and connect with the Elkemi operator — not at the moment of payment.
- After the online purchase, you have 90 days to activate the package; after that period, an unactivated package expires automatically and can no longer be used.
- The package duration starts counting only from the moment of activation, not from purchase.
Cancellation & refunds
- All payments for Elkemi Travel packages are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether the package has been activated, partially used, or expired unactivated.
- Leaving Albania early, before the package duration ends, does not entitle you to a refund for unused days.
- You may request a package change (upgrade) under the conditions described for each package, even after activation.
